We have been raising Small Munsterlanders for 14 years, finding them to be excellent hunting and companion dogs. We anticipate this breeding of Jake Vom Goldbrink to Goodman’s Aska(Dottie) to produce a litter of strong hunters, hard working field dogs, and loyal companions with great conformation. Jake and Dottie both have the pure brown heads with a medium dense soft coat. Both have been professionally trained, NAVHDA tested, SMCNA and NAVHDA registered and SMCNA Approved for Breeding. Jake will be competing in the NAVHDA 2008 Invitational after earning his UT PZ I this year. We imported Jake from Germany in 2003. Dottie is an offspring of our Czech imports and received a Breeders Award for her “C” litter with DeJong’s Kain-Thor II in 2005. Jake and Dottie are exceptionally strong and hard working dogs in the field, hunting primarily over wild Iowa pheasants. They are cooperative dogs with good dispositions, lots of enthusiasm and a strong desire to please.

The anticipated whelp date is March 26, 2008. Puppies would be available after May 14. We will announce the birth of the litter on the Small Munsterlander website at www.smallmunsterlander.org and will provide specific information about the litter. Because we are dedicated to registering and testing our dogs, we are looking for owners who will be willing to do the same. Reservations are being accepted with a $200 deposit.
