Stumbled into a description of the breed - and found your website to be delightful as well as helpful. I will be thinking of having a SM join my sweet old labrador and I, and look forward to finding out more about the breed. Dana, Seattle, WA - Dana Jorgenson
Just found your website. My wonderful SM is now 9yrs old . Wish she could have been part of this club when she was younger, but in Ontario Canada, Munsterlanders are not as common. She now has problems with her front leg , but continues to persevere with as many walks in the woods as she can handle and has all of the great qualities mentioned in your review of this special breed - k mciver
Visit your visit from Holland due to my contacts with some USA breeders. Love it! Hope to come over to the US in 2012.

I am totally surprised at discovering this breed, by accident in a Vet's office in the Smithonion(sp) Dog book. I thought I had adopted a Chocolate Lab, Border Collie breed, but with her feathered Ears, and tail, not to mention the pointer tight body and straight legs, and Liver head etc. Except for the tick marks she looks , acts exactly like a Munsterlander. Please be in contact. She is probably not pure, but really close. - Bruce Thomas
I currently have a Vizsla in the family.I am looking for a companion for her. The SM seems like a great breed. Looking forward to learning more about it. - Doug
My family rescued a dog 2 months ago and thought Porter was a mix of several breeds. To my surprise, we discover he is a Small Munsterlander. I discovered this while thumbing thru a dog book and ran across a picture. We had had joked with the shelter about Porter being a rare breed- who knew he was?!? He has been a wonderful addition to the family-so gentle, so sweet and so smart! I will turn to your website in the future and may have to join the club.
Thanks! - Cara

I love the website and the Club - Keep Up the Good Work - Ontario Canada - Eric Peachman
I have hunted and tested Munsterlanders in NAVHDA several years ago and fell in love with the breed. I am very involved in Agility and I think a Small Munsterlander would be an awesome choice. Can you direct me to a breeder. - Lyn Stevens
Well organized site! Keep it up! Greetings from Serbia, the Balkans, where SM is becoming more and more popular! This is Maza, 8 moths old, the only offspring of Ino vom Hongarblink, originally from Austria. He died of poison on 15th Decmber 2011, aged 4.5, hunted for 5 seasons as he started at 7 months. Hope she got all the best from him!
